I dined with you last night, with 2 friends. We came late on your busy day and missed the fig combination, but loved the chicken pesto. I was so impressed with your personal attention, and thanks for the free dessert! I own a small handmade pottery studio, and know how important customer relations are. I absolutely love your pizza, and I know my way around pizzas. From your crust, to your sauce, to the toppings you put on your pies – it is all a testament to perfection. Thank you!
The only thing I wish you would do, or improve upon is your gluten free crust. Don\’t get me wrong – it is a wonderful crust. Tasty. Crisp. Better than any other option I\’ve tried. It\’s the size of it that I don\’t care for. Why not offer a full 14 inch version? As I understand it from the owner talking with us one evening, you create your own crust on-site – so why not 14 inches? Your current version isn\’t large enough to settle a hungry appetite, least of all my wife and I. And it certainly isn\’t cost effective to order two, or more per person … I just wish you\’d create a 14 inch version to settle those who\’s appetites crave it!
