It’s been a long week. You need to get outta the hustle and bustle of the holidays, come in to Sal’s for dinner and put some awesome pizza in your face…

Tonight’s special is topped with house smoked Fox Valley Berkshire pork belly, house made ricotta, bagna cauda (which means “warm bath”, it’s a traditional relish made with sautéed garlic, olive oil, parsley and anchovies…) and a lil lemon at the end

We’re also offering our herb and citrus roasted half farm chicken, served with farro, roasted beets, radish and leeks simmered in truffle butter

Chocolate creme brûlée for dessert and a bunch of new brews in, come to Sal’s, come to Sal’s, come to Sal’s…
