We are so very pleased to offer you this evening’s specials…

Tonight’s pie is the “Happy Family,” topped with duck confit, smoked pork belly, marinated scallops, house made Korean sesame BBQ, red onion, garlic, arugula, cilantro and pickled carrots

As our entree we offer slow roasted Fox Valley Berkshire pork loin with carrots, fingerling potatoes, onion and caraway, finished with fresh winter herb purée
