Late winter can be sort of a drag. Really needed some color today. Tonight’s Entree special is Fraboni’s Italian Specialties & Delicatessen Sausage for two; with marinated and roasted potatoes, peppers, red onions, garlic and kale, finished with shaved sartori sarvecchio and a side of our house made red sauce. This was always popular in my house growing up, and it is truly Italian American comfort food. It will make a nice dinner for two, or a great first course for four or more!

House cured fox valley Berkshire pork belly with hoisin sauce, scallions, Serrano peppers, pickled vegetables, and arugula tossed with a sesame soy vinaigrette.
Our appetizer special is local goat boucheron , melted in cast iron with Calabrian chilies, jalapeño pesto, olives, roasted garlic and served with warm bread.
