It’s spring at Sal’s! (That means ramps!)

Tonight’s specials:

Pizza: harmony valley farm ramp pesto, Catalan style shrimp, preserved lemon, house Alfredo made with Sassy Cow Creamery cream, spring onions and calabrese chili peppers.

Appetizer: local goat milk boucheron with shaved asparagus and zucchini, melted pleasant ridge reserve cheese, harmony valley ramp pesto, preserved lemon olive tapenade….served with roasted bread.

Dessert: honey panacotta with macerated berries.
