Wow. What a beautiful day! We want to be outside, but instead we’re making beautiful specials for you tonight.
Antipasto – Emerald Meadows Farm Asparagus with melted goat milk bucheron, grape tomatoes, Hawkwind heat Mustard and house cured bacon from Uphoff Farm.
Salad: Grape Tomatoes, Cucumbers red onions, kalamata olives, chèvre, vitruvian farms mixed greens and a greek style vinaigrette.
‪Pizza‬: Local lamb braised in red wine, shiitake mushrooms, Emerald Meadows Asparagus, roasted peppers and onions, farmer john’s smoked gouda, shaved sartori extra aged asiago, finished with Vitruvian Farms watercress.
Dessert! House made tarts with local rhubarb, strawberries, and vanilla gelato made with sassy cow cream! (do I sound excited about the dessert? Yeah, I am. I want them all )
