Pie: Marinated choice hanger steak, house ranchero vegetables, local queso fresco, jalapeño salsa, finished with Vitruvian Farms watercress, local radishes and lime.
Entree: Rigatoni with Prince Edward Isle mussels, jumbo shrimp, vitruvian farms spinach, basil, capers, roasted red peppers, sarvecchio, in a light white wine and garlic sauce.
Salad: Vitruvian Farms fresh mixed greens, with strawberries, ricotta, apples, peppers, red onion, with a cucumber lime vinaigrette.
Dessert: Nichole has made a Poppyseed angel food cake with fresh and pickled strawberries and Chantilly cream.
