Tonight’s special in Madison-duck confit

Hey there, folks. Tonight’s special pie is made with Nami Moon Farms duck confit, dunbarton blue cheese, shiitake mushrooms, preserved lemon, pomegranate, and micro greens. The kitchen thinks it’s pretty tasty. We think you will too.

Desserts: espresso chocolate mousse cake, and a vanilla pannacotta with candied kumquats.
