Friday in Sun Prairie!

Friday night at Sal’s in Sun Prairie will warm you up! We’ve got an Irish special for you, and we’re also heading to Brazil. 
Xim Xim- our version of a traditional Brazilian seafood stew: ginger coconut broth, local baby carrots, fingerling potatoes, shrimp, chorizo, cashews, cilantro oil, chili oil, fresh cilantro. 


Real Irish Sausage with colcannon potatoes and porter gravy. – our good friend John Campbell, made these authentic Irish sausages for us. His parents have owned a butcher shop in Ireland for decades! We look forward to getting these sausages whenever he makes them. We’ll have these around through the weekend, or until they are gone!
