The sun is shining! The snow is melting! Time to start celebrating spring with…the first of the ramps!
Weekend pie: soft cooked eggs, smoked ricotta, ramp chimichurri, bacon fat sautéed mushrooms, Sartori SarVecchio, finished with ramp greens.
Entree/app – Mediterranean mixed grill- marinated and grilled pork loin, currried lamb, grilled ramps, blistered market tomatoes, hummus, radish green pesto, house flatbread. Tastes like warm weather fun! (It’s also a hint at our new spring menu coming soon)
