Specials for Friday! 

Both restaurants have created a slightly different version of a nicoise-style pizza: 

Sun prairie: Tonight’s special pie is inspired by a classic Niçoise salad: olive oil poached Sea to Table tuna, with tomatoes, hard boiled egg, red potatoes, green beans, kalamata olives, capers, finished with a tarragon Dijon vinaigrette and arugula. 

  
And Madison: Thank goodness it’s Friday! To start your weekend off, come on down and try our featured pie. This weekend it’s inspired by a Nicoise salad: Oil poached Sea to Table Albacore Tuna, hard boiled eggs, marinated artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and is finished with a light and refreshing lemon creme fraiche with cracked black pepper.

Hey friends! The wing and pizza special is back for game day today. We’ll be opening a little early at 2pm today for carryout and delivery. (Normal service starts at 4) What’s in it for you? 12 fresh crispy fried wings and a large one topping pie for just $25! Now, go Pack!

Tonight’s pie is evocative of your aunt’s shrimp cocktail and cream cheese appetizer: marinated shrimp, preserved lemon, cream cheese, parsley, scallions, cocktail sauce and candied pine nuts.

Small plate: Pizza Chena, which is one of my all time favorite things to eat. Kind of an Italian holiday bread stuffed with soppressata, dry copa, pleasant ridge reserve, Romano, peperone, prosciutto, egg.

Dessert: cookie plate with house made caramels, chocolate macaroons, peppermint meringue, Viennese crescents.

Sunday Packer’s game day special at Sal’s in Sun Prairie! 

We’re opening early today, at 2pm, for delivery and carry out so you can get this pretty snazzy deal before kickoff.  A large 1 topping pie and 12 Korean style wings with ssamjang sauce and house kimchi for just $25.  Like wings? You’ll really like these.  We promise.   Regular dine in service will start at 4pm as usual.
