Bar Manager/Assistant General Manager

As the Assistant/Bar Manager, you would be part of our management team. Responsibilities include customer interaction, inventory, scheduling, ordering, and managing bar staff. Experience as host, server, and expeditor will be considered in the hiring process. Position reports to the General Manager and would also assist in Management duties in absence of the GM. Good Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits are preferred but willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate will be interested in creating new and seasonal craft cocktails, and driving our bar program and restaurant to new heights.
